The curtain has fallen on the fifth edition of the Seashore Phoenix Games 2025 in the men’s fitness category, which concluded yesterday evening at the Women’s Sports Hall in Aspire Zone. The men’s competitions, which began last Thursday, witnessed a strong turnout with around 350 athletes—210 men and 140 women—representing 48 countries from around the world.
This year’s fifth edition was held under the official sponsorship of Aspire Zone Foundation, presenting sponsorship by Seashore Group, strategic sponsorship by Qatar Calendar, and organized by Erada Fitness, with logistical sponsorship from Nabeena Holding.
The closing ceremony was attended by H.E. Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Sharqi, President of the UAE Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, and Mohammed Mohsen Al Yafei, Director of Business Sector at Vodafone.
Awarding the winners were: Nasser Abdullah Al-Hajri, Chief Marketing Officer at Aspire Zone Foundation; Saqr Saeed Al-Muhannadi, Vice Chairman of Seashore Group; Ahmed Mohammed Al-Hassan, Executive Director of Facilities & Events at Aspire Zone Foundation; Fahad Ahmed Al-Mannai, Head of Communications at Aspire Zone Foundation; Khalid Nabeena, Championship Director at Erada Fitness; and Khalid Abdullah Al-Hammadi, General Manager of Erada Fitness.

Special Awards: Abdulrahman Al-Jaida received the award for Best Qatari Player, while Fahad Al-Jarallah won the Spirit of Competition Award, a new recognition introduced this year.

Women’s Competitions Today
The women’s competitions (ladies-only) will take place today and tomorrow, featuring 140 female athletes competing in both individual and team categories (two athletes per team). Events will run from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM, with a total prize pool of around QAR 450,000 awarded across both men’s and women’s competitions.
