The fifth edition of the Seashore Phoenix Games 2025 in the women’s fitness category came to a close after two days of intense competition, which followed the men’s events. The tournament featured both individual and team categories at the Women’s Sports Hall in Aspire Zone. The championship kicked off last Thursday with the participation of 350 athletes in total—210 men and 140 women—representing 48 different countries.
This year’s fifth edition was held under the official sponsorship of Aspire Zone Foundation, the presenting sponsorship of Seashore Group, the strategic sponsorship of Qatar Calendar, and was organized by Erada Fitness. It also enjoyed logistical sponsorship from Nabeena Holding, humanitarian sponsorship from Qatar Charity, media coverage by Al Kass Sports Channel, and support from Vodafone, Dukhan Bank, The Commercial Street, Zulal Wellness Resort, iPrint, Jetour, La Cigale Hotel Hospitality, Barbell Club, Force Sport, Perform Athletics, Oakberry, along with marketing partnership from Qommunication.
The awarding ceremony was attended by Mariam Saeed Al-Muhannadi, representative of Seashore Group; Amina Al-Kuwari, Ghada Al-Obaid, Nouf Al-Saffar, Hanadi Al-Sulaiti, and Aisha Al-Bader from Aspire Zone; Mariam Al-Muslimani from Visit Qatar; Ibtisam Yousef, from Erada Fitness and Director of the Women’s Championship; and Sameera Al-Hashimi from Erada Fitness.

- Open Individual: 1st place – Dima Zubdiya (Jordan), 2nd place – Ghaidaa Abdulrahman (Qatar), 3rd place – Dalia Yousef
- Spirit of Competition Award: Engy Hossam, a new special recognition introduced by the organizing committee.

Ibtisam Yousef, Director of the Women’s Championship and representative of Erada Fitness, expressed her deep gratitude to all participants for their outstanding performance and sportsmanship throughout the two-day competition.
She confirmed that this edition was the largest and strongest in terms of participation and level of competition, with 140 female athletes competing across three main categories. She emphasized the uniqueness of the event as a women-only championship, giving it exceptional exclusivity that makes it one of the most prominent of its kind worldwide. She added that with 50% of the athletes being Qatari, this represents a remarkable achievement that reflects the growing attention to women’s sports in the country. She concluded that every participant in this championship competed at a level comparable to international standards in terms of preparation and performance, and the event serves as an important platform to showcase the capabilities of both Qatari and international women, enhancing Qatar’s reputation as a leading global hub for fitness sports.
